We are offering two options for property owners who are renting out their property to paying guests and to those who allow family/friends to stay for free. (only available in the Muğla Region - Çalış,Kocaçalış,Tuzla,Karagözler,Ovacık,Hisarönü,Kayaköy,Fethiye, etc ) 

Key points for those with non-paying or paying guests:

- You don't have to be in Turkey to register the property
- There will be no requirement for you to set-up a company (paying guests)
- All taxes will be paid by us 
-The property will be registered with the local authorities
- All guests will be registered with the local authorities
- You will keep full control over the property rentals
- You will keep full control over the finances (i.e collecting the money from the guests)
